A collection of ten rare ephemera relating to Edgard Tytgat: invitation cards and catalogs for solo and group exhibitions. Years: 1924 to 1942. Enclosed are 14 photographs (prints) of Edgard Tytgat in his studio or with his family. Also included is 1 color woodcut printed in 1974 from the original 1919 etching, stamped with the green monogram seal and justified in pencil. Collective exhibition catalogs include "Le Groupe des Neuf" with Gustave De Smet, Oscar Jespers, Permeke and Fritz Van den Berghe, and "Semaine d'art" with Victor Servranckx, J.-J. Gailliard and P.-L. Flouquet. A fine collection.
