Monsieur Teste. P., Éditions du Sagittaire, 1931, 4°, decorated publisher's paperback based on a model attributed to Paul Bonet by Éditions Gallimard (lower cover slightly crushed). Limited edition of 1225 copies, numbered 1/1000 vélin de Rives. This volume is the 2nd in a series of 12, 2 of which were published by Sagittaire. From volume 3, the collection was taken over by Gallimard, which published the next 10. After Gallimard's takeover, the book was covered in 1942 with Bonet cartonnage (Huret, 539). A fine copy.
