First edition. 1/1440 numbered copies on Johannot pur fil (ex. no. 25). Alfonso Ossorio (1916-1990) was an American-Filipino painter associated with the Abstract Expressionist movement. On Pollock's advice, he acquired land in East Hampton, where he lived for over forty years, and in which he housed Dubuffet's Art Brut collections. A fine copy.
