SERVRANCKX (Victor).
"Opus" (1941). Oil on board, signed 4 times on each side, mounted in a wooden frame. The artist has written a very long text on the back about his painting. The front is as good as the back. In essence, he writes: "Gravity is here victoriously abolished. A painting to be contemplated in all directions. (..)" Size of support: 42.5 x 45 cm; subject: 34.5 x 37 cm. This painting was exhibited and bears the labels of its exhibition at the Palais des Beaux-Arts in 1965, as well as of an exhibition in Hasselt.
