First edition printed at 96 copies, 1/90 on Montval cream laid paper, including an original etching in black by Henri Epstein, justified and signed in pencil (fly plate on watermarked paper). Henri [Haïm] Epstein, was born in Lodz in Poland in 1891, and went to the Fine Arts school in Munich where he met the secessionist movement and the Jugendstil. He then attended the academy of the Grande Chaumière. During the interwar period, the artist participated in numerous group exhibitions.
