Pierre Garnier (1928-2014) is a French poet, writer, critic and translator. After studying in France and Germany at the turn of the war, he began in poetry at the School of Rochefort under the eye of Jean Rousselot. He then enters the André Silvaire editions which will become with the review "Les Lettres", the pivot of the spatial poetry, movement which he founds with his wife Ilse Garnier.
