Bound by J. Wright - [DELEPIERRE (Octave)]. Bibliographical description and analysis of a unique book in the British Museum by Tridace-Nafé-Théobrome, a Breton gentleman. Au Meschacébé, Chez El Eriarbil, York Street, 1849, small 4°, VIII-170 p., plus 1 leaf with the Elsevier's mark "Non solus", full contemporary red morocco, spine with 5 nerves, gilt title and date, ornamented compartments, triple gilt fillet on the boards, gilt fillet on the necks and the headpieces, gilt lace on the inside, gilt edges (qq. russ.) (binding signed J. Wright, Binder). Armorial bookplate of Thomas Curtis. Printed at 100 copies not put in commerce (Brunet, II, 573; Gay, I, 866; Quérard, III, 853). A fine copy. Description of a collection bought in Germany by the bookseller Ascher and sold to the British Museum in 1845. It contains 64 pieces, 47 of which are titled "farce" printed in Gothic script, many of which date from the early 16th century.
