The author had it printed in 1763, in volume 5 of his "Dramatic Works" (forming the second part of volume 10 of the "Complete Collection" of his works). This separate edition of the "Droit du seigneur", published in 1763, had been disavowed by the author. Bengesco, 253 - 2 [ARNOULD-MUSSOT (Jean-François)]. Le Savetier dupé or Les Amours de Jerôme.
