(jump from 96 to 99 without lack of text), 1 large folding plate ("Veritable plan of the reception lodge of an apprentice-companion" and "Veritable plan ... of a master") + a sheet with the front "The number of Freemasons made public" and on the back (numbered 203!), the table of the work. Attributed to Pérau by Barbier. Bound with: [KÖPPEN (Karl Friedrich). The most secret mysteries of the high ranks of Masonry revealed, or The true Rosicrucian. Translated from the English, followed by the Noachite, translated from the German. New expanded edition. In Jerusalem, 1774, in-12, frontispiece, VI-163-1 bl. p., 1 folding plate. Work edited by Karl Friedrich Köppen and translated from the German by Berage (knight of eloquence of the lodge of M. de Saint Gellair). The first edition seems to have appeared in 1766. History of Freemasonry from the origins, and chapters scrupulously detailing the 7 grades of the order, with stage directions and dialogue. Bound with : The Adoption or Masonry of Women, in three grades. A la Fidélité [La Haye], chez le Silence, 100070075 [1775], in-12, 64 p., 3 plates h.t. trimmed a little short outside). Mention at the end: "This book is at the Hague, by P. Gosse and Pinet; and at Geneva, by I. Bardin". Beautiful illustrations.
