First series of the journal, entitled "Cahiers du Collège de Pataphysique", published from 1950 to 1957. Rare complete collection. "Viridis Candela" is the foretitle of this quarterly review which changes its name and layout every 28 issues. Each issue is usually centred around a research theme or the publication of an unpublished work. Contains many unpublished works by Alfred Jarry or Julien Torma. This magazine was the first to publish "La Cantatrice chauve" by Eugène Ionesco or the works of the Oulipo.
