REBOUX, Paul, pen name of André Amillet (1877-1963), is a French writer, journalist and painter. He is particularly known for his collections of literary pastiches. Correspondence to Victor MOREMANS (1890-1973), a Belgian literary critic, who started almost at the same time as Simenon at the "Gazette de Liège" and became a great literary critic appreciated by all and often befriended the authors (Simenon, Montherlant, etc.). 14 letters including 2 manuscripts and 12 typescripts with autograph signature + 12 envelopes, some letterheads (Paris-Soir, Société d'Édition et de Publicité technique, Les Éditions Le Laurier...) From December 2, 1924 to December 17, 1936, 14 letters all dated. Letters of thanks for the critics, sometimes with a commentary and sometimes alluding to his stay in Liège, one letter asks for a review for his favourite book, "Le Phare", which he will rewrite". Letter of 17 November 1930 (handwritten): "Your reservations, dear Sir, are as agreeable to me as your praise, so friendly are they.
