Num. 1/230 Holland with a double state of the engraved frontispiece. Ernest Vaughan (1841-1929) is a French press patron and civil administrator. Founder of the newspaper "L'Aurore" in 1897, he was, with Georges Clemenceau, the main architect of the publication of the pamphlet "J'accuse...! "by Émile Zola in January 1898.
