Original editions of 4 poems written at the beginning of the German occupation and distributed under the coat to relatives of the poet. The print run of "Non vouloir" is only 26 copies, that of the 3 other poems is 200 copies. The "Non vouloir" reproduces an original drawing by Miró; the "Pablo Picasso", is illustrated with 6 original zincographs, 3 of which were reworked in intaglio by Picasso; the "Marcel Duchamp" is illustrated with an original stencil glued in frontispiece (The Mona Lisa without the moustache, by Duchamp); "Au dépens des mots", reproduces a drawing by Valentine Hugo. Rare complete series (Goeppert-Cramer, 35; Schwarz, 483).
