Some plates are inverted, some on double page. No plate 71 in the 1st vol. but it is not called in the text. Costumes of the Romans - Costumes of the peoples of the ancient continent - Costumes of the French. Joseph Malliot (1735-1811) was director of the Academy of Arts in Toulouse.
