The "Alliance Graphique Internationale" was born in 1952 from the friendly meeting of three French graphic designers, Jean Picart Le Doux, Paul Colin and Jacques Nathan-Garamond, and two Swiss graphic designers, Fritz Bühler and Donald Brun. The aim of this international club is to create bonds of friendship between graphic artists from different countries who share aesthetic affinities and whose fame has been established in the field of advertising, books or mural art.
