The enchanted domain. Surrealist panorama by René Magritte. Knokke-le Zoute, Casino, (1953), 1 f. 8° of 4 pages (central fold). At the beginning of 1953, Magritte is asked to do a mural decoration for the Casino of Knokke. He delivers eight models in the form of oils on canvas. A team of painters, supervised from time to time by Magritte, transposes his oils on the walls of the casino. The whole constitutes a panoramic fresco of some 70 meters long and 4 meters high / IDEM.
