"Double Take" (2009). Meeting of 4 photographs, 3 in black and 1 in color, for the film made by the Belgian multimedia artist, Johan Grimonprez (°1963). Size : (4 x) 20 x 30,5 cm. From a collage of television and film archives, Johan Grimonprez hijacks the mythical figure of the master of suspense, Alfred Hitchcock. In the form of a playful plot, he dissects the paranoia of an individual as a metaphor for the political crisis and invites us to reflect on our own relationship to images.
