Four extraordinary stories. Translated by Charles Baudelaire. Illustrated by Henri Evenepoel. Brux, aux dépens des éditions Lumière, (1944), large 4°, br. with full cover, slipcase (cover slightly browned). Limited edition of 530 copies, numbered 1/10 copies out of trade, without the announced suite (which would appear only in the copies on Japon), but enriched with an additional vignette and a page of initials. The illustration made by Evenepoel in 1893 had remained in his boxes until 1944. It includes a frontispiece and 19 drawings.
